Thank you for volunteering for the project to remove wild cucumber vines along the riverbank. Please be prepared to do a lot of hard (messy) work! Some vines are deeply entangled in the trees and will require significant pulling. The seed pods are prickly and can scratch the skin and cling to clothing. Some gloves will be provided, but volunteers should plan to bring leather gloves, if possible. This work is not recommended for children under the age of 10.
